It's handcrafted in a Hudson Valley studio from sustainably sourced American hardwood, hand-sanded to a silky finish and conditioned with a food-safe oil blend, so it ages gracefully and gains character with use.
Sized for quick prep, a snack for one or two, or a single serving at the table, with a built-in hanging hole for storage and display.

Care
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water; never soak or put in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly and condition occasionally with a food-safe oil or board cream.
